Welcome to Adoptinfo.org, the Web site for the Rural Expansion
of Adoptive Communities and Homes (REACH) Project.
This special project is designed to help families in rural communities
in Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin adopt children with
special needs – children who have physical or emotional
challenges, have been in multiple foster homes over a short period
of time, are part of a sibling group, are older children or have
other needs that qualify as special.
More than 1,000 children in these states are waiting in foster
care for adoptive families and need the love and permanency every
child deserves. Please explore this site to learn how you can
adopt a child with special needs or become an advocate for adoption
and the REACH project.
